A leading Tiles manufacturing company in North Kerala, India requires to automate their regular business processes. The modules identified for implementation were Sales management, Purchase Management, Production Management, Human Resources, Payroll and Indian Standard accounting. The application will also take care of the entire Human Resources Part which will have about 130 employees in the first phase. The Payroll will also be handled incorporating the customized processes in calculation of wages for different category of employees on a monthly basis.
Zesty Beanz offered a customized OpenERP based application to handle all the client requirements. GTK based OpenERP was implemented on windows environment at the Production unit.
POS at the front office was an added functionality apart from the regular sales management. The project also was implemented in the latest version. User training was also carried out and Janatha tiles have been successful in converting all their traditional modes of accounting and HR practices to an efficient software application.
