SharafDG moves Support Divisions operations into Odoo

UAE’s first ever Big-Box concept started its journey as a 15,000 sq ft electronics store in Dubai. DG Help, the exclusive support division in the group companies has implemented Odoo with ZestyBeanz as its implementation partner.

The module takes care the entire the Support and Help desk business flow in its various locations across UAE. It has helped DG Help to streamline the processes and make improve efficiency in the customer support.
