QuickBooks and OpenERP Synchronization.

 May 11, 2010 - ZestyBeanz technologies successfully made the database synchronization between QuickBooks and OpenERP for G&E Electric, to a full service electrical contractor from Albany (USA).

QuickBooks is a line of business accounting software developed and marketed by Intuit. The database synchronization enables the sharing of the details of the Partner product and invoices between the QuickBooks and the OpenERP. With this project we provide  feature to estimate the work order for service industry work flow.

Along with QuickBooks – OpenERP synchronization ZestyBeanz provides the following features: 

OpenERP mini installation for field executives: The field executives can have a mini installation of OpenERP when they are working fields. Later the data from the mini openerp installations can be   synchronized with the main OpenERP installation.

OpenERP PDA interface: The OpenERP PDA interface provides more flexibility to the user in customer sites. Through this feature OpenERP encoding can be done on real time using mobile devices.

Customized reports: The customized reports for efficiency ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios, liquidity ratios and inventory reports.
