Genpharm Services(UAE) replace Sage with Odoo

November 18, 2017 -  Genpharm Services headquartered in Dubai is a specialty pharmaceutical marketing and consulting company, providing their strategic partners with fast and sustainable market access into the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region, including business development, in-licensing and more.

Zesty was the consulting and implementation partner for their ERP system and the operations were migrated from Sage to Odoo. The operations (Projects, Procurement, Inventory, Sales etc), Accounts and HR were implemented in Odoo along with the integration to the attendance device.  Zesty configured a multi company based system with exhaustive financial and analytical reporting based on various KPI in their business. Another key feature in the implementation was that the Partner Portal with Genpharm could give access into their system for their principal companies to audit thus bringing a much improved efficiency and transparency in their relationship with the strategic partners worldwide.
